  Moved from Florida to Indiana. Fridge wouldn't cool when plugged in. Looked for a used appliance dealer and found Big Jon's, who also do repairs. Called Thursday, came next day. The EXTREMELY courteous man who came out to look, fixed it in 15 minutes! You guys ROCK! If anyone ever asks me for a repair referral, you guys will be my first suggestion! Thank you!

  Purchasedo a washer then it stopped spinning. Called for a estimate. Lady said it was $75. Just to come out an look at it. An it didn't include any labor or parts.Neither would the service fee go toward repairs. I bought the washer from them. An it' the same issues I had them repair before. Priced almost the same as I paid for the washer. Found some one else with much cheaper price , to diagnose it. Not doing any more business with them. Done.
